Maxis announces The Sims 4 - palmerbutcheall
It's only been few months since the launch of SimCity and the debacle that followed (which still lingers today), simply Maxis and Ea want to cleanse your roof of the mouth with a novel addition to the Sims franchise: The Sims 4 is coming to PC and Mackintosh in 2022.
EA writes on their web log: "The Sims enfranchisement is fueled by the passion and creativity of its millions of fans roughly the world. Their continued devotion to the franchise ignites the fire of creativity of the team at The Sims Studio, impulsive them to continually improve and innovate on ace of the world's most successful simulation game that has sold more 150 million copies world-wide."
Before the SimCity boondoggle, the proclamation of a current Sims game would barely be newsworthy. Just in a post-SimCity populace, whatsoever new EA game is worth scrutinizing: Will a unremitting association be required? Will multiplayer features be shoehorned in? Bequeath spendthrift features be secure then again redacted until farther notice? Or will it all close smoothly, and redeem EA in the eyes of an interview still smarting over the belly-flop that was the SimCity launch? I guess we'll retrieve out in 2022.And no, I'm not bitter at altogether!
(Okay, I'm a little bitter.)
